Business Process Management

Many years ago I worked on a few BPM projects and got drawn to the subject of process optimisation which resulted in writing this M.Sc thesis. The aim of thesis was to show the positive effects that Business Process Management can have on company’s operations in terms of its effectiveness and cost reduction.
